CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing CPA. Refund requests received by Thursday January 4th will receive a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Refunds received from January 5th through January 28th will receive a 50% refund minus a $15 administrative fee. There are no refunds after January 28th or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
